Introduction

The Myocardial Infarction Knowledge Graph (MIKG) is a disease-specific knowledge graph to capture the relationships between entities within the field of MI. Currently, MIKG has been constructed using Neo4j based on the MIKB, MIO, medical literature and other public resources. It contains 76,660 nodes and 248,031 relationships, encompassing 21 entity types, including anatomical entity, biochemical factor, clinical finding, combined factors, environmental factor, GO term, imaging feature, KEGG, MI, MIKB, physiological factor, psychosocial factor, risk model, drug, gene, guideline, lifestyle, procedure, reference, sample, and synonym. In addition, MIKG has 30 relationship types, including caused_by, differential_diagnosis, drug_contraindication, drug_indication, drug_off_label_use, drug_side_effect, drug_target, has_MI, has_comorbidity, has_complication, has_diagnostic_imaging, has_factor, has_guideline, has_objective, has_primary_prevention, has_reference, has_risk_model, has_sample, has_secondary_prevention, has_supportive_therapy, has_surgery, has_symptom, has_synonym, has_test_result, involving_gene, is_a, is_part_of, related_gene_is, protein_protein_interaction, and involving_vessel.

Using MIKG, we have developed a chat robot named MiSage, located at the bottom right of this page.
