Factor Procedure-type categories 3
Description In multivariate analysis, procedure-type category 3 had an odds ratio of 1.7 (95% CI: 1.2–2.3, P = .003) and category 4 one of 2.3 (95% CI: 1.4–3.6, P = .001) when compared with category 2. In ultivariate analysis, procedure-type category 3 had an odds ratio of 3.1 (95% CI: 1.6–6.0, P = .001) and category 4 had one of 6.8 (95% CI 3.2–14.4, P < .001) when compared with category 2.
Biomarker NA
Classification A9 (clinical factor - risk category)
Association
Application prognosis
Objective with transcatheter interventions in congenital heart disease and examine predictors for adverse events.
p Value 0.003
OR 1.7
Conclusion We found an increase in number of procedures over time and a decrease in frequency of adverse events. Higher procedure-type risk categories were associated with increased risk of adverse events.
