Factor association between RV and pulmonary dynamics with the distance walked in 6 minutes: PACI
Description Higher PACi, lower systolic pulmonary artery pressure, lower PVRi, increased cardiac output, and longer pulmonary ejection time were associated with a longer distance walked in 6 minutes. Both higher PVRi and lower PACi were found to be independently associated with shorter distance walked in 6 minutes.

Objective Therefore, the objectives of the current study were to investigate the relation of PAC to PVR, 6-minute walk distance, and freedom from lung transplantation or death in children with PAH.
p Value <0.001
Conclusion Higher PACi, lower systolic pulmonary artery pressure, lower PVRi, increased cardiac output, and longer pulmonary ejection time were associated with longer distance walked in 6 minutes. Both higher PVRi and lower PACi were found to be independently associated with shorter distance walked in 6 minutes.
