Factor Information
Data ID 2873
Factor Postoperative TnT (ug l-1)
Description The stepwise backward multiple logistic regression analysis revealed longer CPB time and higher postoperative TnT to be significant prognostic factors for the incidence of JET.
Biomarker NA
Classification E2 (physiological factor - biochemical index)
Association
Application prognosis and risk assessment
Objective The purpose of this study was to analyse the incidence, risk factors and outcome of JET in an unselected population-based patient cohort, operated upon in the only paediatric cardiac surgery centre in Finland during a 5-year period.
p Value <0.05
Conclusion The stepwise backward multiple logistic regression analysis revealed longer CPB time and higher postoperative TnT to be significant prognostic factors for the incidence of JET.
