Factor Information
Data ID 33
Factor Cell-free plasma hemoglobin levels/VIS at 0-48 hr post-CPB
Description The change in cell-free plasma hemoglobin was associated with VIS less than 2hr (R2 = 0.22; p < 0.01), 2–24hr (R2 = 0.24; p < 0.01), and 24–48hr (R2 = 0.48; p < 0.001) post-CPB
Biomarker NA
Classification E2 (physiological factor - biochemical index)
Association
Application prognosis
Objective To access of cell-free plasma hemoglobin and its association with VIS.
p Value <0.01
Conclusion In low-risk pediatric patients undergoing CPB for cardiac surgery, 9-HODE, 13-HODE, PHb, and WBC count increased and 9:13-HODE was associated with the ΔPHb, milrinone use, VIS, and WBC count.
