Conclusion Among patients with TA/PW, the incidence of NEC was significantly higher than that without NEC. When patients with HLHS were excluded from the analysis of the overall inception cohort, a diagnosis of truncus arteriosus or aor- topulmonary window was the sole factor associated with NEC
