Objective To access operative indications of CHD with pulmonary hypertension.
Conclusion In cases of VSD with pulmonary hypertension, vasocontriction plays an important role as a contributing factor in pulmonary hypertension. Infancy or childhood appears to be the most suiable age for this elective surgery.
